Terms for using Memory Genie AI.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Memory Genie AI ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Memory Genie AI is a voice-first memory management application that helps users organize and recall information about their belongings, shopping lists, and tasks. The App uses artificial intelligence to process voice recordings and enhance user data.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. User Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Voice recordings are processed using third-party AI services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the App. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App.

6. Unlimited Personal Use and Abuse Guardrails

Memory Genie subscriptions include unlimited personal use, subject to abuse guardrails. Personal use includes recording and organizing your own memories, shopping items, and tasks; using AI organization to structure recordings and edits; and using smart search to find your own saved information.

Current guardrails include 20,000 AI-organized updates per month and 75,000 smart searches per month. These thresholds are designed to be far above expected personal use.

Usage beyond these guardrails is treated as outside normal personal use and may indicate automation, bulk importing or extraction, account sharing, resale, use of Memory Genie to power another product or service, or activity that disrupts service reliability.

Memory Genie may temporarily limit AI organization, smart search, or other features when usage exceeds these guardrails or otherwise indicates abusive, non-personal, or service-disruptive activity. Guardrail thresholds may be adjusted to protect service reliability.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Memory Genie AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Memory Genie AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
